Husked coconut is a fresh coconut that has been carefully peeled to remove the green outer shell, leaving only the smooth white husk surrounding the shell. Thanks to an internationally standardized processing and surface treatment procedure, husked coconuts are not only convenient to use but also visually appealing, with a longer shelf life compared to unprocessed coconuts. The product is selected from premium Siamese coconuts grown in Ben Tre and TienGiang regions renowned as the “coconut capital” of Vietnam.
Processing & Quality Standards
- Harvesting: Only round-shaped coconuts with bright green or jade-green shells, smooth and glossy appearance, containing just the right amount of sweet water and tender flesh are selected.
