Khanh Hoa Maintains Export Growth Momentum, Coffee Surges 85.4% in the First 10 Months

According to the Department of Industry and Trade of Khanh Hoa Province, the province’s export turnover in October 2025 is estimated at over USD 246.6 million. Accumulated in the first 10 months, total export turnover reached more than USD 2.076 billion, up 12.42% year-on-year, fulfilling 88.34% of the 2025 annual plan. This performance reflects a positive trend amid continued global trade uncertainties.

Key export sectors posted solid growth. Shipbuilding exports are estimated at USD 608.6 million, up 6.6%; seafood exports reached roughly USD 709.8 million, increasing 1.9%. Notably, coffee exports surged to USD 206.8 million, up 85.4%, driven by strong global demand and sustained high international coffee prices. Garment and textile exports reached USD 133.7 million, up 26.6%, demonstrating an improvement in export orders.

Export Turnover First 10 Months of 2025

On the import side, total import turnover for the first 10 months is estimated at over USD 1.202 billion, down 1.77% year-on-year. Machinery, equipment and spare parts imports totaled approximately USD 216.8 million, up 14.57%; steel and metals reached over USD 114 million, rising 12.81%. Meanwhile, seafood raw materials declined by 9.93% to USD 235.8 million.

According to the Department of Industry and Trade, the province will increase trade promotion activities in the last months of the year, expand markets through free trade agreements, and support businesses in logistics improvement, processing capacity and digital transformation to sustain export momentum and achieve the 2025 target.
