Production Process & Quality Standards
- Raw material: 100% naturally ripened fresh avocados, processed and frozen on the same day.
- Technology: Peeled, pitted, cut into pieces → liquid nitrogen quick-freezing → vacuum-sealed packaging.
- Packaging: PE/vacuum-sealed bags, 500g, 1kg, 5kg, or customized.
- Storage: -18°C to -22°C, shelf life 18–24 months.
